- Payment: Split 50/50. An initial 50% deposit secures your slot, with the remaining 50% due upon approval of the mid-point work-in-progress (WIP).- Delivery & Turnaround: Standard production time is 30-40 days once active work begins. If you have a specific deadline, please mention it upfront.- Rush Fee: 2x total price.- Commercial Use: Live2D work is included by default at no extra cost (streaming, video content, merch,...).- Source Files: Projects deliver export .moc3 files only. The editable source .cmo3 project file can be acquired for 3x the standard commission rate.- Revisions: Adjustments are open during WIP reviews; please bundle feedback into concise batches to ensure swift updates.- Usage & Rights: Unauthorized resale or distribution of raw files is prohibited. Public usage requires visible rigging credit on your main channels (e.g., Live2D Rigger/Modelling: @miuyennn).- Cancellation & Refunds: Full refunds are granted if work has not yet started. Prorated refunds apply based on progress once the project is underway. No refunds are issued after final delivery.
